A little about me…

I have a deep love for the outdoors, particularly climbing mountains in the stunning Lake District. There’s nothing quite like the challenge of reaching a peak and taking in the breathtaking views of rolling hills, glistening lakes, and rugged terrain. The fresh air, the sense of achievement, and the peacefulness of being surrounded by nature make it an experience I return to whenever I can. Wild camping in the remote corners of the fells and embarking on coastal walks are also favorite pastimes, offering the perfect escape from the bustle of everyday life.

That said, I also treasure quieter moments, like a cozy night in with Paula, relaxing after a busy day, or reading with Lewis and watching him discover the world around him.

Great food, exploring different cultures, and enjoying a fine whisky on the rocks are some of my indulgences. Life is a balance, and I cherish the mix of adventure, family, and peaceful evenings at home.

    Escape.

When I’m not shooting a wedding, editing the last, or planning for the next, I’m heading into the mountain to catch the cool breeze. I like to avoid the masses for some me-time unwinding from day to day life.

  • Wild Camping.

A real passion of mine is wild camping. Grabbing my tent, sleeping bag and stove, and heading out of town. Whether it be hills, mountains, or coastal; just finding that perfect spot to catch a sunrise, set, or a sky filled with stars is what makes me happy.

Another passion of mine is landscape and fine art photography. Whether it be modern buildings in cities or a trip to capture a high tide by the coast.
